Learning opportunities

People are our most valuable resources, which is why we invest heavily in training. We recognize that each person is an individual with vast potential and a unique identity. In addition to job assignment exposure, we are committed to help you stretch your potential through our investment in training and development.

No matter where you are in your career, you will find that you need accelerated training to be successful and stay up-to-date.

  • Technical Training
Every PwC employee has access to a wealth of on-line training (e-learning). E-learning helps our people navigate audit and tax issues by using tools such as Go Audit, Go Count, IFRS, GAAP, US GAAP, Industry insight, and many more.

PwC also offers the above training programs through classroom training allowing you the ability to gain the technical skills necessary to meet professional requirements, understand new accounting and tax pronouncements and develop a true depth and breadth of expertise. Other classroom trainings available comprise MyClient, Trade Finance, System & Process Assurance, Tax Master, etc.

  • Soft Skill Training
In addition, PwC also offers a variety of soft skill trainings that are specifically designed to develop your interpersonal skills and business skills, such as Team Manager, 7 Habits, Inspire to Coach, Project Management, etc.

  • Leadership Training
PwC is committed to develop its next generation of leaders. We offer challenging leadership training programs such as Ulysses, Genesis Park, Summit, Towards Leadership, Accelerated Director, Inspiring Young Leader and Overseas Secondments.

Genesis Park brings together our best and brightest people from all PwC operating countries around the world in a five-month curriculum at a “campus” in Washington, D.C and in Berlin. The Ulysses program comprises five learning modules and is distinguished by an eight-week project assignment where multi-cultural teams work in developing countries in collaboration with social organizations. PwC also offers secondment and transfer programs which provide our people with the opportunity to develop their skills whilst working overseas.
