Requirements:
- Working Experience:
o Senior Associates : 3 – 5 years
o Assistant Managers : 5 – 6 years
o Managers : minimum 6 years
o Senior Managers : minimum 8 years
- Knowledge of above-listed industries is an advantage
- Sound English report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Willing to travel, possibly to remote areas
- Having a professional certification is an advantage
- Able to demonstrate project management skills.
Assurance Technical Manager
Job Description:
- Conducts research on specific accounting and auditing issues.
- Provides formal and informal consultation on accounting and auditing matters.
- Performs independent review of financial statements.
- Develops practice aids/tools and technical publication.
- Prepares and delivers technical accounting presentation materials for staff and clients.
- Monitors the activities of the standard setters and prepares briefing material.
- Prepares comment letter draft to standards and “value added” comment articles for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a professional service firm.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, etc) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP would be an asset; has experience in applying or interpreting US GAAP or IFRS, conducting accounting research, analysis and report writing.
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
- Able to work independently as well as in team.
- Ability to learn and teach technical materials.
- Strong interest in conducting research, writing articles and publications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment.
- Well developed leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to provide excellent client service.

For Senior Information Systems Auditors (Risk & Controls Solutions Senior Associates)
- Under/postgraduate degree in Management Information Systems/Information Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university. Double major in MIS/IT and Accounting would be preferable.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in performing IT audit, in areas of IT general controls review, application controls review, Sarbanes Oxley compliance review (would be an advantage).
- Knowledge and experience with ERP system cycles (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.), IT security concepts and frameworks, IT risk management, and COBIT.
- Professional qualification CISA is desired.
