Senior Associate (SA-Advisory) – Corporate Finance
Job description:
- The selected candidates will be part of a team which advises multinational and Indonesian companies and financial institutions in corporate restructuring, non-performing loan management and disposal/acquisition, financial restructuring, distressed merger and acquisition, fund raising, and corporate exiting.
- The job responsibilities will be the management and execution of challenging assignments in accordance with our firm’s high delivery standards;
- The selected candidates will also assist in identification and conversion of opportunities in order to further grow our business; and
- The selected candidates will be based in Jakarta with the possibility of traveling throughout Indonesia and also overseas depending upon assignment requirements.
Candidates should possess:
- Strong finance and accounting background with an appropriate university degree in those areas;
- CFA and/or CPA or equivalent professional qualification will be advantageous;
- Strong interpersonal skill;
- Excellent English, both speaking and writing;
- Financial modeling, report writing, and business valuation skill/knowledge;
- Strong project management and verbal communication skill;
- At least two (2) years relevant professional/work experience in either a major financial advisory firm, investment/corporate bank, or large corporation;
Senior Associate (SA-Advisory) – Performance Improvement
Job description:
You will help clients to design, transform and operate their businesses so that people, structure, processes, systems and technologies are aligned with strategy. This includes advising on ways to achieve transformational or incremental change, optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of core operations and providing options for outsourcing non-core functions.
Candidates should possess:
- Strong human resource/operational management background with an appropriate university degree in those areas;
- Strong interpersonal skill;
- Excellent English, both speaking and writing;
- Good HR knowledge & experience doing HR project
- Strong project management and verbal communication skill;
- At least three (3) years relevant professional/work experience in either a consulting firm or large corporation;
Assistant Manager (AM-Advisory) – Lead Advisory
As an Assistant Manager in LA you will play a strategic role in helping PwC’s Advisory group achieve its ambitious growth objectives. Specifically, this role will be responsible for assist the team to deliver corporate advisory engagements to our clients.
Candidates should possess:
- Completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification. Further studies in CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA or similar discipline are highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in a Corporate Finance environment.
- A commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A team focused style with strong organizational and project management skills
- Self motivated, confident and proactive
- Strong focus on building client relationships – internal and external
- At least Four (4) years relevant professional/work experience in either a major financial advisory firm, investment/corporate bank, or large corporation;
