This course is intended for everyone who is interested in the valuation of enterprises. Would you like to know what factors potential investors consider when valuing enterprises or would you like to learn how the different enterprises should be valuated we recommend this seminar to you.

Purpose

The purpose of the seminar is to introduce the most widely known business valuation models to the participants. Our goal is to present the advantages and disadvantages resulting from using one method or the other as well as to provide such tools to the participants, which make it possible for them to use the different methods independently.

The seminar focuses on the following topics:

• valuation definitions
• Income based valuation methods (cash flow planning, discount rate, residual value)
• market comparison method (registered companies based approach, transaction based approach)
• net assets based approach
• conclusion of valuations
• special valuation circumstances

Other information

The fee of the seminar can be debited to the vocational training contribution liability.

Participation fee: HUF 190,000 + VAT/person
