The purpose of the seminar is to provide comprehensive information on the financial statements prepared under US GAAP emphasizing the areas where significant differences show up between the Hungarian and US GAAP accounting.

Description

In the seminar, special emphasis is laid on the US GAAP regulation of the following areas:
US GAAP framework principals, disclosure of financial statements, treatment of subsequent events, revenue accounting, inventories, financial instruments, cash and cash equivalents, tangible assets, intangible assets, assets for sale, accounting related to leases, impairment loss, contingent liabilities and provisions, deferred tax, functional currency, cash flow statement.
Within the course, you will have the opportunity the discuss the emerging issues.

The fee of the seminar can be debited to the vocational training contribution liability.

Participation fee: HUF 240,000 Ft + VAT/person
