Our 3 days course deals with the basics of finance, taxation, labour law and HR, which are relevant to the everyday activity of the companies.

Who is it intended for?

Our professional training course is intended for those who think that it is important to be familiar with the financial processes, taxation and legal rules of the companies or need information from the areas of labour law, HR or business planning.

Purpose

In the life of the companies almost every decision has impact on the company’s financial position and taxation liability. The purpose of the course is to provide information, which enable the participants to make responsible decisions on the companies’ activity, of which consequences in respect of taxation, labour law and accounting they are aware of.

Description

Areas covered by the seminar:

  • Accounting systems (accounting principles, obligatory bookkeeping, elements of financial statements, impact of economic events…)  
  • Characteristic features of operation (articles of association, company representation, paying dividends, granting member’s loan…)
  • Taxation of companies (order of tax paying, central taxes, local taxes, special taxes, customs, duties, tax revisions…)
  • Human resources (fictitious agreements, labour provisions, documentation, reporting obligation, employment-health…)
  • Business planning (operative – strategic planning, strategic management, preparation of forecasts, resource planning, revenue planning, cost planning…)
  • Enterprise financials (equity, finance, liquidity, identification and management of financial risks, enterprise financing…)
  • Cafeteria (legal rules on the Cafeteria system, its labour law aspects…)
  • Enterprise and environment (forms, company foundation, company structure, legal regulation)

Other information

The fee of the seminar can be debited to the vocational training contribution liability.

Participation fee: HUF 190,000 + VAT/person

We allow a discount of 15% if more than three participants are registering from the same company.
