Gábor Balázs, FССА, Assurance Director

Gábor is a Director with deep expertise in the practical application of IFRS. From 2003, he’s specialised in providing high quality IFRS services to our clients. From 2004 to 2006, he spent two years in the firm’s London central IFRS Group, working on the conversion of several large PwC clients to IFRS. After his return to Hungary, Gabor is specialised in IFRS as part of the Central and Eastern European Accounting Consulting Services Group. He has arranged and presented more than 30 IFRS trainings for the employees and clients of PwC in the past two years.

 Miklós Novák, ACCA, Assurance Senior Manager

Miklós Novak has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999. He was involved in audit both on local and international companies reporting according to different accounting principles such as USGAAP and IFRS. Miklós has been providing assurance services in different industries (pharmaceutical, telecommunication, beverages and tobacco) for clients reporting under IFRS framework. Miklós is an author of a number of articles on IFRS topics. He is a member of the Global Accounting Consulting Services group and the HungarianTechnical Committee dealing with statutory accounting issues while still providing assurance services to international clients.

 Márk István Kiss, ACCA, Assurance Manager

Mark joined the firm more than 6 years ago. He is specialised in the financial services industry, mainly involved in insurance projects (as an audit manager and / or as an actuary). Mark also has regional responsibilities in Central and Eastern Europe, as part of the firm’s actuary network. He has several years of practical experience in the application of Hungarian Accounting Standards and IFRS on financial services companies.

Ervin Berki, АССА, Assurance Manager

Ervin has practical knowledge and experience in consumer industry production and services: airline, oil, infocom, telecom sectors and also in other industries such as entertainment, media. He performed statutory and IFRS audit for his clients as well as treasury support work mainly for production companies.
He has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years.

Enikő Könczöl, АССА, Assurance Manager

Enikő has practical knowledge and experience in financial services: insurance, banking, leasing sectors and also in other industries such as commercial and production companies. She performed statutory and IFRS audit for her clients as well as transaction support work mainly for financial institutions.

Adrienn Soós, Assurance Assistant Manager

Adrienn is an Assurance Assistant Manager and has more than four years experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is actively involved in a number of major projects relating to first time transition to IFRS, and other special purpose accounting projects (e.g. change in accounting policy, preparation of consolidated IFRS cash flow statement).
Adrienn has deep technical knowledge in Consolidation and Business Combinations and good experience in Energy and Utlity industry, it is also her research topic in the Business Management PhD Program of Corvinus University, Budapest.
