PwC’s HR consulting leader seeks international career

Zsolt is the PwC CEE Human Resources Consulting Leader. He studied economics, and pursued postgraduate studies in the UK (EU matters), Japan (cross-cultural management) and at INSEAD (corporate finance). He has extensive experience in the human resources field, gained by building and developing HR consulting businesses in the region, including holding the position of Emerging Market Leader at Hewitt Associates for over ten years. His key clients in the CEE region include large banking, energy and utility, and retail organizations, and government entities. His hands-on project experience includes executive development, corporate governance, HR strategy, talent management and engagement, knowledge management, acquisitions and restructuring, HR transformation, and joint ventures and alliances management.

Róbert is a director in CEE Human Resources Consulting and leads the Leadership and Talent workstream in the region. He holds a degree in economics, and has extensive experience in human resources gained by taking part in developing and improving the HR systems of more than 200 Hungarian and multinational companies. His key clients are active in the financial, retail and manufacturing sectors. His areas of expertise include executive development, leadership effectiveness, performance assessment and development, career planning, and career systems.
