Selection process

Application
Prior the application deadline, you have to submit an online application via our Career website. Due to the high interest and volumes of applications near the deadline we encourage you to submit your application early.

After entering your personal information and answering some application questions, you can upload you English and Hungarian CV, and you will be invited to fill out two online (numerical and logical reasoning) tests.

Filling out the online tests is a very important part of your application, since it is the first step of the selecion process. Please do not forget that you have to fill out the test before submitting your application.

Interview with our HR collegue

Depending ont he number of applicants, before the personal interview you might attend a telephone interview as well, where we mainly measure your English skills, After that, based ont he telephone interview and your application you will be invited to our Head office to an one-on-one interview with our HR colleague. The interview will be behavioral based and will focus on your application form. This interview takes approximately 1 hour.

Assessment Center

After the successful interview you will be invited to an Assessment Center. What is Assessment Center? This is one-day selection process. The Assessment Center consists of 8-12 candidates completing team exercise, situation exercise, interviews and tests. Selection criteria include teamwork, communication, enthusiasm and manners.
