Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Susan Allen

With PwC Canada since 1981, Susan is an assurance partner currently on secondment with the Global Assurance Quality Review Group. Passionate about diversity, Susan led the Canadian firm’s ‘Women in Leadership’ and ‘Retention of Women’ programs from 2008 to 2011. She is currently serving a four year term as an elected member on PwC’s Global Board of Directors.

Throughout her career, she has proactively sought different roles, experiences and locations . This includes a secondment to San Jose, during the internet boom; a secondment in learning and development; and her current global assignment as an International Team Leader. Susan has volunteered on not for profit boards throughout her career which has allowed her to hone her skills in public speaking, governance, strategy, budgeting and team building.
