Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Robert Swaak

Robert is the Senior Partner and CEO of PwC Netherlands. He joined the Dutch firm in 1988 as trainee auditor and became a partner in 1998. He has been on the management board of PwC Netherlands since 2006, as Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Human Capital leader – and now CEO.

Robert has always had a strong interest in the people agenda and diversity in particular. “I believe it is key to our business. Diversity is what our clients expect and what ensures our advice is so relevant and rich.”
