Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Paul Stewart

Paul is PwC’s Global Tax Human Capital Leader. Based in Prague, he has spent the past 15 years working in Russia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He advises clients on issues related to European in-bound investment projects and relocating operations to Central Europe.

Paul believes it’s very important to clearly communicate the career opportunities that exist and the process and competencies that are needed to achieve success. “Women also need role models and examples that they can relate to which demonstrate that success can be achieved equally by all people within PwC and that the key criteria for progression are performance and results – not gender, background or other social or personal factors.”
