Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Nora Wu

Nora is PwC’s Asia Pacific Human Capital Leader. She is also the lead partner for the PwC Shanghai office. With some 3,000 people including 120 partners, this is one of the largest PwC offices in mainland China.

Over the years, Nora has learnt that women and men are different. “The reality is that many women will have different priorities during different stages of their lives than men—be it starting a family or building a career. But these changing goals shouldn’t prevent women from pursuing professional success and leadership. I have been on both sides of the fence and I know with certainty that anything is possible.”
