Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Marius Moeller

Marius is a tax advisor and member of the Board of PwC Germany. With PwC since 1989, he has over 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on complex tax issues. Marius is also PwC Germany’s Human Capital Leader and the Senior Relationship Partner for the Stuttgart office.

Marius believes the business model of the future will bring many people challenges. “Getting more women in leadership positions and creating a diverse workforce is key to our sustainable growth, innovation and success. That’s why we have invested in employee/women networks, family services and home-office and flexible work schemes. The aim? To keep our people motivated by giving them a great deal of personal responsibility.”
