Diversity & Inclusion Council: Jennifer Allyn

Jennifer joined PwC in 2003 and is the Managing Director of the Office of Diversity for PwC’s US firm. As an executive and thought leader promoting diversity initiatives, she is responsible for designing programmes to keep, develop, and advance diverse professionals at PwC US.

Jennifer has been recognised as a subject matter expert on gender, GLBT and work/life challenges. She is a frequent public speaker and has been quoted in dozens of publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Forbes.com. Jennifer spearheaded the effort to enhance PwC US’s parental leave policy and launched Full Circle, a programme designed to assist parents who want to come back to PwC after taking an extended period of time off from work.

Jennifer believes that as half the population, women have at least half the responsibility to provide leadership. "I encourage PwC women to think bigger, to want more, and to embrace the word ‘ambition’ because our firm needs talented leaders.”

"PwC invests in diversity because we know that cultivating the talents of all our people will help us bring the best solutions to our clients."
