Fernando is the CEO and Senior Partner of PwC Brazil. He joined PwC in Salvador in 1981, spent two years in PwC US’s Houston office, and became a partner in 1993. Fernando has received several awards and accolades for his role in business and his work in the community. In 2010, he was appointed as one of the members of the Presidential Council for Social and Economic Development of Brazil.
Fernando believes that diversity is a competitive advantage that should continuously be pursued. “I am convinced that the more diverse our teams are, the better. Through different perspectives, we find various ways of approaching a problem. And this leads to a richer outcome for our clients.”
