For Bill, diversity is about creating an inclusive environment for all of our people – a place where everyone gets the opportunity to succeed and make a difference. “It's about respecting and making the most of the unique talents and experiences of our people to improve how we work together and connect more effectively with our clients.”

“A key element of our strategy is how we attract, keep and advance women. Studies show greater diversity leads to stronger business performance.”
