Global Diversity & Inclusion Council: Agnès Hussherr

Agnès joined the French firm in 1989 and became a partner in 2001. She works in the global accounting consultancy services group and serves clients in the banking and capital markets industry. Agnès leads the French firm’s ‘Women in PwC’ initiative.

Agnès doesn’t feel that having children has had an impact on her career path. “Looking back, I worked in a group with several women who were great role models. I met my husband at PwC so he understands what I am doing, which I think is really important. The childcare system in France has also been positive.”

“I would like to see more women in leadership positions. To get there, we need specific training to help women become good leaders.”
