Launched in 2003, the Eurofirms Women in PwC Network brings together women and men in leading positions from 20 European countries. It supports the strategic goal of creating a working environment to help us attract and retain the best talent—male and female. "Women in PwC" focuses on five key areas:

• Raising awareness around our ambitions in this area
• Career development
• Mentoring
• Addressing work/life quality issues
• Network building

This Annual Report looks at the progress made by the network in the past five years. It tells the stories of our European countries and provides a flavour of our activities and achievements in the area of diversity.
