The usual Delphi forecasting procedure takes place in the form of an anonymous, written, multi-stage survey process, where feedback of group opinion is provided after each round. However, a brand new Delphi innovation of the European Business School was applied designing the survey as an Internet-based, RealTime survey that increases the validity of results by streamlining the classical procedure and making the whole process more interesting and comfortable for the surveyed experts.
