Transfer pricing requirements in Colombia - Mandatory filing of TP report and due date to file the TP study of FY 2011

The Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN) has changed the way in which taxpayers file the Transfer Pricing Study. Following the trend in the region (Argentina, Ecuador and Uruguay), the filing of the Study has changed from a discretional requirement by DIAN to a mandatory filing for all taxpayers that are obliged to prepare it.
