Taxpayers are recommended to file the informative return by the deadline of April 10, 2012 to avoid penalties. Moreover, there are no penalties if the taxpayer decides to amend this initial filing. Transfer pricing documentation will need to be prepared by May 31, 2012, to support the transfer pricing review as part of the Dictamen Fiscal.
