Colombian Tax Authority issues dates for filing transfer pricing study and information return for fiscal year 2012

The Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN) through the Decree 2634 has put together the dates for the filing of the Transfer Pricing Study and the Individual Informative Return for fiscal year 2012. In the past, the return was filed first and later the Transfer Pricing study.
