China concludes its second bilateral advance pricing arrangement with the US

China has concluded its second bilateral advance pricing arrangement ("BAPA") with the US for Microsoft, one of the largest and leading high technology companies in the world.  The BAPA was officially signed by China's State Administration of Taxation ("SAT") and US' Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") on October 15, 2012, and the implementation agreement was concluded by Microsoft and the Chinese tax authorities in Beijing on November 2, 2012.
