APA modifications in Colombia

Decree 1602 of 27 July 2012, Ministry of Finance. Advance Pricing Agreement (APA)
Tax authorities in Colombia are interested in subscribing APAs with taxpayers. Their goal is to have a significant number of agreements signed in the following two years. In order to achieve this they have modified the procedure making it more flexible and friendly for the taxpayer.
