European Commission announces public consultation on need to review EU Guidelines on State Aid to Maritime Transport

On 14 February 2012, the European Commission announced a public consultation on the review of the Community Guidelines on State Aid to Maritime Transport (2004/C 10/03), which will run until 14 May 2012. The Commission is legally required to review/evaluate these Guidelines within seven years after their publication. This issue of EUDTG provides the details.
