Home Truths: Confronting the Funding Challenge
Research carried out in Spring 2010, shows that although there are differences of opinion on the size and effects of the cuts, there is a general acceptance across the sector that there will be significantly less funding available than in the recent past. Respondents are clearly concerned about persistent reductions in the supply of new affordable homes and there is a willingness to challenge orthodox thinking and explore new ideas.
