People Management in the Public Sector National Survey - 4th Edition 2011 (Executive Summary) Portuguese version

This study, conducted by PwC Brazil, explores trends and practices of people management in government organizations and state owned companies acting at national and state/regional levels. The 2011 Survey includes data from 24 organizations in a moment when the Brazilian government puts emphasis on its human capital as a critical enabler for improving government performance and for implementing changes required by Brazilian society. The executive summary includes an overview of the main priorities in people management strategy, as well as practices and trends related to training & development, performance management and remuneration systems.
