Richard Collier-Keywood

Richard Collier-Keywood is Global Leader, Tax , an appointment he took up on 1 July 2008. Richard will also serve as the U.K. firm Managing Partner. Prior to this Richard led the U.K. firm's tax practice for five years. He is a member of the global tax leadership team and has responsibility for community affairs activity in the U.K.

Richard is a trained barrister and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has specialised in tax since 1984.

He is a specialist in corporate and international taxation with a particular focus on U.S. companies in Europe, corporate restructurings, corporate trading models, mergers and acquisitions.

He was admitted as a partner in the U.K. firm in 1992.
