Hans Wagener

Hans Wagener has been the Territory Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany since July 2003. He is a member of the Network Leadership Team and the Central Cluster Leadership team. He has been a member of the German firm-wide Management Team since 1992.

Mr. Wagener joined TREUARBEIT, one of the German PricewaterhouseCoopers legacy firms, in 1977. From 1987 - 1990 he served as Office Managing Partner in Stuttgart, from 1992 - 1992 as Office Managing Partner in Berlin. In 1992 he was appointed to the firm-wide Management Team being in charge of Financial Services.

Mr. Wagener is a Member of the Executive Board of the German Accounting Standards Committee (DRSC). He is also a noted speaker at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt where he frequently addresses issues relating to financial services.

Mr. Wagener received a degree in business administration from Göttingen University.
