Dennis M. Nally

Dennis M. Nally is Chairman of PwC International Ltd. PricewaterhouseCoopers International is the entity to which the firms that collectively form the PwC network belong.

Prior to becoming Chairman of PwC International, Mr. Nally served as Chairman and Senior Partner of the US Firm of the PwC network, having first been elected to those roles in 2002. From 2000 through 2001, he served as Managing Partner of the US Firm; and from 1998 to 2000, he was Audit and Business Advisory Services Leader for the Americas.

Mr. Nally joined the US Firm’s Detroit office in 1974 and became a partner in 1985. From 1985 to 1988, he served in the National Office Accounting Services Group in New York. From 1988 to 1992, he was Partner-in-Charge of the US Firm’s Dayton, Ohio, office. From 1992 to 1995, he served as the US Firm’s National Director of Strategic Planning. From 1995 to 1998, he was Vice Chairman of the US Firm, with responsibilities for finance and key client service support, including technology and office operations, and he was a member of the US Firm Policy Committee and US Management Committee. He was also a member of the General Council of the Price Waterhouse worldwide organization.

Mr. Nally has extensive experience serving large multinational clients in a variety of industries, principally focusing on the technology market, including computers and life sciences.

He is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on issues affecting the accounting profession and the global capital markets. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit, the British American Business Council CEO Roundtable, Financial Executives International, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Detroit Economic Club, the Global Competitiveness Forum, New York University’s Stern School of Business, the World Business Forum, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business/Coach K Leadership Conference, and the Leighton Lecture Series at the University of Illinois.

Mr. Nally is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is a member of Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Board of Visitors, The Carnegie Hall Society Board of Trustees, The Business Roundtable, and the Diocese of Bridgeport, CT Finance Committee.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Mr. Nally also completed the Columbia University and Penn State University Executive Programs.
