We assist our clients in order to:
- settle and manage their distribution networks efficiently through our extensive knowledge of case law and the applicable EU block exemption regulations;
- draft or amend all distribution contracts (e.g., exclusive distribution, selective distribution, franchising agreements, agency or commission agreements);
- structure and negotiate their pricing policy;
- check the conformity of the distribution schemes to rules governing invoices and resale at loss;
- draft transactional protocols in order to settle disputes, especially between suppliers and distributors;
- represent them in all commercial jurisdictions regarding distribution disputes and litigations (especially between suppliers and distributors);
- ensure that their practice is in compliance with competition law at national and European levels;
- assist them in their dealings with competition authorities, and during procedures before the selfsame authorities; and
- check whether their acquisitions are governed by merger regulations and assist them in notifying such operations to the relevant authorities.
