Pierre Coll

Pierre Coll is the Global Leader for Risk and Quality, an appointment he took up on 1 July 2008. Pierre oversees the PwC network's risk and compliance framework, as well as its global independence and legal functions.

Prior to his current role, Pierre was the Leader of Assurance for PwC's continental European firms from 2005 to 2008. During that time, he was also a member of the Eurofirms Leadership Team and the Global Assurance Leadership Team. From 1998 to 2005, Pierre was the Assurance Leader of PwC France and a member of PwC France's Leadership Team. He was Chairman of PwC's Global Accounting Committee from 2004 to 2006.

Pierre is based in Paris; he has been with PwC France since 1979, becoming a partner in 1987. He has extensive high-level international client experience, having worked with very large global companies in most industry sectors. He has worked overseas for three years (two years with PwC US and one year with PwC Germany). Pierre regularly speaks at business conferences on a wide range of subjects including corporate governance, internal controls and accounting principles.

Pierre has a degree in Business Management from the Dauphine University in Paris, and is a French Expert-Comptable and Commissaire aux Comptes.
