Naresh Kumar is the Global Transformation Leader at PwC and is a member of the Network Executive Team. He joined PwC in May 2011 in this newly created role to lead the transformation of the business model globally working with the leadership teams across the PwC network.

Before joining PwC, he worked with Citigroup for 20 years in various leadership roles across the globe with stints in India, the Middle East, South Korea, Hong Kong and the US. He moved to New York in 2001. 

Since 2001, he has been a member of several global leadership teams including the Citi consumer bank leadership team, Citibank credit cards management committee, Citigroup global operations and technology operating committee, and Citibank GTS management committee. During the last 10 years, he has had several roles spanning innovation, e-commerce, strategy, planning, M&A, business development, product management, operations and technology across corporate banking, commercial banking, capital markets and consumer banking. 

Prior to that, he has headed sales, product management and client relationship management in many in-country and regional roles. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM Calcutta) with a master's in business management, and from India's Institute of Technology (Varanasi) with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
