The Asia Pacific survey, comprising 10 large insurance companies based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, covers the similarities and differences in the approach taken by the Asia Pacific insurers and their counterparts globally in financial reporting under IFRS.

The findings outlined in this report are designed to help insurers compare their disclosures against their peers and assist users of accounts to interpret and understand the methodologies and presentational options adopted in financial statements.
