Pierre joined PwC France in 1992. He moved to the United States in 1996 and has since spent his career focusing on helping Communications industry clients solve their business challenges. For these organizations Pierre brings big-picture strategic thinking and devises practical solutions to complex technical problems, be they in the areas of financial due diligence, carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions, or process improvements and controls. He has also consulted with his clients on the adoption and implementation of U.S. and international accounting standards, Sarbanes-Oxley 404, various SEC and regulatory matters, initial public offerings, debt issuance, and merger and acquisition activities.
Pierre is the subject matter expert for the firm on the wireless industry and often participates in the design and development of training programs dedicated to improving the knowledge base of PwC’s telecommunication’s professionals. Since 2006, Pierre has lead the internal team which has designed and written the PwC North American Wireless Industry Survey, which has become the industry reference tool on accounting trends and practices among North American wireless carriers.
