Sweden - Swedish government proposes improved tax rules for foreign key personnel

Global Watch ()

The Swedish government has proposed a change to the current rules for tax relief for foreign key personnel. The changes would mean that, in addition to individuals qualifying under the current rules, individuals with a salary of at least two times the basic amount for Swedish national security purposes (which translates into a monthly salary of SEK 88,000 for 2012) would automatically qualify for the concession.
