D&I Leader, Canada: Lori-Ann Beausoleil

Lori-Ann is responsible for leading PwC Canada’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, a role she took on in April 2013. Working with the firm’s CEO and leadership team, she is responsible for embedding PwC’s diversity and inclusion vision in both the firm’s market and people strategies.

 

Lori-Ann is a partner in the Deals practice and leads PwC Canada’s National Real Estate & Construction industry teams. She is also the co-leader of the firm’s Forensic Services practice and works with many global organisations on the development and implementation of anti-bribery and corruption compliance programmes, including training, and the development of processes and policies.

She has demonstrated success in her various leadership roles by optimising diverse teams. Pragmatic and practical, Lori-Ann also brings a strong business acumen to her diversity role.
