D&I Leader, Brazil: Ana Malvestio

Ana joined PwC Brazil as a secretary in 1989 in the Ribeirão Preto office in a time with no woman in staff and became a client relationship Tax Partner in 2006.

She has vast experience in the administration of the tax burden and due diligence and has coordinated important corporate restructurings for key national and international companies operating in the agribusiness sector. She also has experience in providing services to family businesses and has worked for three years in international tax consulting.

Ana is PwC Brazil’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) leader. A mother of two girls, she has played a key role in the launch of a flexibility policy for mothers, as well as in implanting a D&I Committee involving partners and key talents managers with its regular meetings have worked in important diversity themes, increasing  the awareness to have a PwC Brazil more and more inclusive.
