Chris Hemmings

Chris Hemmings is the Global Head of Corporate Finance for PwC. He started in the audit practice of Price Waterhouse and then following a secondment to Doughty Hanson, the leading European private equity house, returned in 1988 to join our newly formed corporate finance business. For the past 23 years he has led private equity buyside and sellside transactions across Europe working for most of the major investing institutions, including 3i, Montagu, Candover, HgCapital, BPE, LDC, Phoenix, Bridgepoint, Bain Capital and Nordic Capital. In a market where most lead advisers operate in a narrow geographic area, Chris has worked on and closed deals in most territories in Europe.

With the increasing development of international M&A capital flows, Chris is currently focused on driving change through our global corporate finance business, ensuring that we operate as an integrated network generating acquisition opportunities worldwide for our major multinational corporate clients and offering a consistent corporate finance execution capability across all the world's main M&A markets.

Recent deals and clients which Chris has advised on include Vocalink (UK), Saferoad (Norway), Handicare (Nordic), Onemed (Nordic) and Elixia (Nordic).
