PwC Corporate Finance was awarded Mid-market deal of the year at the Acquisitions Monthly awards 2008 for advising on the merger of Eddie Stobart, one of the UK’s leading independent transport and logistics companies, with Westbury Property Fund Limited, a UK listed commercial property investment company.
