"Although the world’s economy is recovering, I think that we are going to see growth at a lower level than the long term global trend over the next two or three years."

As part of PwC's 16th Annual Global CEO Survey, we spoke with Andrew Brandler, Chief Executive Officer of CLP Holdings Ltd. In this short video, Andrew talks about CLP's response to the current economic environment, the evolution of the firm's management structure and dealing with environment concerns.

Andrew joined the CLP Group as the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in May 2000 and is responsible for overall group performance. Mr. Brandler is also a Director of various subsidiaries and jointly-controlled entities* of the CLP Group.
Prior to joining CLP, Andrew was Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate Finance at Schroders, the UK investment bank, based in Hong Kong and, between 2008 and 2010, he was the Chairman of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Andrew is a Member of the Operations Review Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Aviation Development Advisory Committee and the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council of the Government of the HKSAR.
Andrew holds an MA degree from Cambridge University, MBA degree from Harvard Business School, and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
