Poland/Luxembourg: New protocol to the Double Tax Treaty between Poland and Luxembourg

On June 7, 2012, Poland and Luxembourg signed a protocol to the Poland – Luxembourg double tax treaty. The protocol will modify the treaty originally signed in 1995. For real estate businesses, the most significant change is the introduction of a “real estate-rich” company clause.
