The tax bill 'Restoration of Tax Justice and Countering Tax Evasion', which has been the object of much discussion, was passed by Parliament on April 20th.   However, given the numerous modifications that were made before passing the bill, a careful examination of the final legislation is highly advisable. The main provisions of the legislation are presented here but it should be noted that because of the large volume of amendments, this presentation cannot be extensive.
