Tax Amnesty

The tax bill on the voluntary abolition of tax differences (tax amnesty) was ratified in total before Parliament on 30 September 2010. The bill mainly includes provisions on the tax amnesty regime of unaudited tax cases, cases pending before courts, the settlement of due debt payable to the State and measures against tax evasion.
