Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for Audit services, we are now recruiting Graduate Auditors for our Assurance team in Athens.  

The role entails:

  • Conduct audits on client accounts using PwC audit methodology, innovative tools and applications
  • Use of leading edge auditing tools to analyse financial statements, perform ratio and trend analysis and audit source data
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks, as directed by experienced project managers
  • Exercise professional judgement in performing the tasks assigned
  • Interact effectively with clients, in order to understand their needs and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Build long term relationships with clients in order to enhance client satisfaction
  • Seek opportunities to develop own expertise by taking on greater responsibility and/or more technically demanding tasks.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university; in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Economics
  • Degrees and qualifications from non-finance / accounting disciplines, such as  mathematics, statistics, computer science or engineering will also be positively considered
  • Participation in a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, IESOEL) will be highly regarded
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Excellent business analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, (in English and Greek)
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
  • Adaptability and agility to change
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development.
