Although, all banks and incorporate firms listed in the Stock Market in Greece are either required (i.e. banks) or expected to develop documented policies and procedures, these are not always precise and well communicated across divisions or functions. Furthermore, these policies are not very well interlinked and do not provide information about the key risks and controls in the existing systems.
