Transparency Report 2008

We believe reporting should be factual and unvarnished - a concept we encapsulate in the phrase ‘telling it as it is’.

With this philosophy, we present to you the first Transparency Report of PricewaterhouseCoopers. This report will provide you an overview of our firm’s legal structure and corporate governance and of the systems we have in place with regard to independence, audit quality and professional development.

The report is published in compliance with the requirements of the new law 3693/2008, which aligned the Greek regulatory regime with the EU revised 8 ^th Directive on statutory audits.
