Marios Psaltis, Managing Partner, is responsible for the management and strategic development of the Firm in Greece. Marios holds a BSc. (Hons) degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and of the respective professional bodies in Greece and Cyprus. Marios was previously Head of the Advisory and also an Assurance Partner. |

Kyriacos Riris, Chairman, is responsible for clients and markets. Kyriacos is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and a member of the respective professional bodies in Greece and Cyprus. Kyriacos was previously Head of the Assurance and of the Corporate Finance departments and has extensive working experience in all business sectors of the Greek market. |

Emil Yiannopoulos, Senior Partner, is responsible for the Assurance Practice and Leader of the Financial Services Industry of the Greek Firm. Emil was previously Head of the Corporate Finance department advising clients on transactions and asset realisation strategies. Emil is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. | |

Dinos Michalatos, Senior Partner, is a Certified Accountant & Auditor and serves on the board of the Institute of Certified Accountants and Auditors in Greece. Dinos is an Assurance Partner, who has served as Head of the Assurance practice, and is responsible for the audits of large companies in the banking, commercial and manufacturing industry. He is also responsible for the Firm's strategy and business development in the private company sector. | |

Kyriakos Andreou, Head of Consulting, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors. Kyriakos expertise is in the areas of Business Process Improvement, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and Internal Control Assessments. | |

Constantine Karydis, Head of Tax Management & Accounting, specialises in accounting and tax compliance outsourcing services, as well as in the areas of corporate income and indirect tax having dealt with all day-to-day issues pertaining to accounting reporting and tax administration matters. He has wide experience in a number of industries including construction, financial services, manufacturing and retail. | |

Nicholas Peyiotis, Head of Deals, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the respective body in Cyprus. Nicholas advised and executed a significant volume of M&A transactions including both acquisitions and divestments in Greece and abroad for Greek and Foreign entities and also advised in a number of major restructuring transactions involving Greek and Foreign Lenders. | |

Mary Psylla, Head of Tax Advice & Legal, holds a degree in Law and is a member of the Athens Bar Association. Mary has deep and extensive experience in tax, specialising in financial services and private equity deals. She has been involved in a large number of M&A transactions in Greece and advised on tax planning and day to day issues with respect to direct and indirect taxation. |

Governance Body
The Governance Body is independent of the Executive Committee and Management Team and is responsible to oversee the Firm's compliance with the internal policies and procedures and Code of Conduct & Ethics relating to Partners' affairs.
