Michael Mahtani, Works within the firm's corporate management arm, Abacus Financial Services Limited, advising on formation of corporate and trust structures. He heads our Corporate Restructure and Secretarial department and has responsibility for managing and organising day to day administration of a diverse portfolio of companies and trusts for major multi-nationals and high net worth individuals.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Business with Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and graduated from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2004 becoming an associate of the same later that year. He is also a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Michael joined the firm in 2006 having already worked for eight years in the Gibraltar financial services sector. |
